Standard services include:
Rewind armatures and replace commutators.
We make our own armature coils and field coils to ensure proper fit and performance.
All armatures are dynamically balanced to industry standards on computer controlled balancers.
Shaft are checked for spline wear, fatigue, and bearing/ fan surfaces and replaced if needed.
Only class "H" insulation is used.
Motors and armatures are tested with calibrated testers for: hi-pot, bar-to-bar, and surge comparison tests.
We use genuine OEM and/or other high quality replacements. We are not focused on using the cheapest parts available.
Motor housings are all checked for fit and sleeved or replaced if worn.
Motor housings and cases are sand blasted, prepped, and painted.
Motors are run and test specs are recorded for quality comparisons.
All items are shipped in high quality, reusable packaging.
